The Eggless Baker is a small but passionate team of dessert enthusiasts. What began as weekend bakes for friends soon grew into a thriving business, fuelled by joy and handmade with care. Every treat is still lovingly baked, packed by hand, and sent out to sweeten someone’s day. We believe that great bakes have the power to bring people together - one gooey square at a time.

How should I store my treats?
Our cakes are baked fresh without any artificial preservatives and we recommend they are eaten within a few days to enjoy them at their best. If you need to collect them the day before they’ll be fine stored in the fridge in their boxes and brought to room temperature before serving. Our cakes and desserts are best served at room temperature – for larger cakes to achieve this it could take a few hours. If (for some strange reason!) you have some cake leftover it can be stored in the fridge or an airtight container for up to four days in a cool dry place. Brownies and blondies will keep in the fridge for up to ten days Please note this does not include fresh cream cakes or donuts which should be eaten on the day or the next. For even longer storage, all of our products can be frozen; perfect for planning ahead or keeping a little stash of sweetness on hand. Please allow them to be completely defrosted before consuming.

A flat surface such as a car boot or footwell is ideal. Please do not place cakes on car seats which are uneven and will cause the cake to slide or for decorations to slip during transit.

All our products are homemade and handmade. Please note that the following allergens are used in our kitchen; Wheat gluten, soya, nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, mustard seeds, milk and sulphites. Some of our products can be made without certain allergens. If you require a free-from bake please get in touch to discuss your needs and we will do our best to process your request. We have many vegan options and some gluten free products available.
