How should I store my treats?

Our cakes are baked fresh without any artificial preservatives and we recommend they are eaten within a few days to enjoy them at their best. If you need to collect them the day before they’ll be fine stored in the fridge in their boxes and brought to room temperature before serving. Our cakes and desserts are best served at room temperature – for larger cakes to achieve this it could take a few hours. If (for some strange reason!) you have some cake leftover it can be stored in the fridge or an airtight container for up to four days in a cool dry place. Brownies and blondies will keep in the fridge for up to ten days Please note this does not include fresh cream cakes or donuts which should be eaten on the day or the next. For even longer storage, all of our products can be frozen; perfect for planning ahead or keeping a little stash of sweetness on hand. Please allow them to be completely defrosted before consuming.
