Celebrate Your Team in (Eggless) Style

Celebrate Your Team in (Eggless) Style

In the world of workplace celebrations, inclusivity matters more than ever. Whether you're recognising a team member's birthday, marking a work anniversary, or treating your staff during a company milestone; cake is the universal symbol of celebration. But when dietary needs come into play, traditional cakes can leave some people out. That’s where eggless cakes step in: inclusive, delicious, and ideal for any office or team event. Why Choose an Eggless Cake for Work Celebrations? Eggless cakes have evolved into crowd-pleasers that don’t compromise on flavour or texture. They’re soft, moist, beautifully decorated, and suitable for everyone, whether your team includes vegans, vegetarians, or individuals with egg allergies. Choosing an eggless cake shows your team that you care about their preferences, values and wellbeing. Perfect for Every Office Occasion Whether you're a large company or a close-knit team, eggless cakes offer flexibility and flair for a wide range of workplace events: Staff Birthdays – A thoughtful, inclusive option that ensures no one misses out on cake. Work Anniversaries – Recognise loyal team members with a personalised eggless cake that makes them feel truly valued. Team Achievements – Celebrating a big win? A beautifully decorated eggless cake can be the centrepiece of your office party. Company Milestones – Marking a new office launch or a successful quarter? Go egg-free and worry-free for a cake that everyone can enjoy. Seasonal Celebrations – From Diwali to Christmas to Eid, eggless cakes align with a wide range of cultural and dietary preferences. All the Flavour, None of the Fuss Thanks to expert bakers and top-tier ingredients, eggless cakes today are just as indulgent as any other. Choose from flavours like rich chocolate fudge, classic vanilla, zesty lemon or unique combinations like pistachio and rose. They’re fully customisable, from shape and design to size and frosting. Eggless cakes can be layered, sculpted, and decorated with buttercream, ganache or fondant—making them suitable for both elegant events and casual office gatherings. A Small Change with a Big Impact Choosing an eggless cake may seem like a simple gesture, but it can send a powerful message about company culture. It says you’ve thought of everyone. That you value inclusion. That celebrations are meant for all.

From Our Oven to Your Door

From Our Oven to Your Door

Whether you’re a die-hard brownie lover, a cookie connoisseur, or partial to the buttery bliss of millionaire’s shortbread, there’s one thing that unites all our postal bakes - the care, love, and craftsmanship that goes into each and every bite. At The Eggless Baker, we’re proud to deliver indulgence straight to your doorstep. But what does that process actually look like? Come behind the scenes and discover how your treats go from our oven to your door - perfectly packaged, perfectly fresh, and 100% eggless. Quality Without Compromise It all starts with ingredients you’d be proud to have in your own kitchen: rich Belgian chocolate, creamy caramel, hand-mixed dough, and the finest egg-free alternatives we can find. We don’t use shortcuts or strange substitutes - just smart recipes and proper baking know-how. Whether it's our fudgy brownies, chunky NYC-style cookies, or silky millionaire’s shortbread with that perfect snap, everything is handmade in small batches to ensure flavour and freshness. Handmade, Hand-Cut, Hand-Finished Every tray of brownies is baked with precision. Our cookies are lovingly hand-scooped to get that thick, gooey centre and golden edge. Our cakes are made in layers - sponge base, buttercream made with real butter and double cream , and a gooey jam or curd. All encased within a smooth buttercream layer. Nothing leaves our kitchen without passing the taste and texture test. If it’s not good enough for our own families, it’s not going in your box. Packed With Purpose Postal treats need to look just as good when they arrive as they do when they leave us. That’s why we’ve developed packaging that’s designed to keep your bakes safe and scrumptious. Each order is wrapped in food-safe, eco-friendly materials, then boxed securely to withstand the journey. We even add heating tips - because everyone deserves a warm cookie moment now and again - and personalised notes when requested, to give your gift that extra wow-factor. Fast, Tracked Delivery We bake and send Monday through Thursday using Royal Mail Tracked 24®, so your goodies reach you promptly. Place your order before midday and we’ll aim to dispatch the very same day. You’ll get tracking info as soon as they’re on the move, so you can countdown to delivery day. Whether you’re sending a gift, stocking up for a cosy night in, or fuelling a Friday office treat, our postal bakes are designed to arrive fresh, fabulous, and ready to devour. Your Moment of Joy When that box finally lands on your doorstep, the rest is up to you. Will you warm the cookies and dunk them in milk? Slice your brownies into neat squares (or eat straight from the slab)? Share the brownies… or keep them all to yourself? However you enjoy your treats, we hope they bring a little joy to your day - because that’s what baking is all about.

Delicious vegan flapjack - chewy, golden, and packed with oaty goodness!

These vegan flapjacks are proof that you don’t need dairy or honey to get that classic flavour and texture. Whether you’re after an easy snack for busy mornings, a lunchbox treat, or a little pick-me-up with your afternoon tea, this recipe has you covered. Makes: 12 barsPrep time: 10 minutesCook time: 20 - 25 minutes Ingredients: 250g rolled oats 150g vegan butter (or coconut oil) 100g light brown sugar or coconut sugar 100g golden syrup (or maple syrup/agave syrup) 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) Pinch of salt Optional add-ins: 50g raisins, dried cranberries, or chopped dates 2 tbsp desiccated coconut or chopped nuts 1 tsp cinnamon or mixed spice 50g vegan dark chocolate (for drizzling or chunks) Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180C (160°C fan) / 350°F. Cool and slice - allow to cool in the tin for 10–15 minutes, then score into bars or squares. Once completely cool, cut and (if you like) drizzle with melted vegan chocolate.

Behind the Design: Creating Our Custom Cakes

Behind the Design: Creating Our Custom Cakes

At The Eggless Baker, our custom celebration cakes are more than just dessert, they’re edible works of art, made to mark life’s biggest (and smallest) moments. From unicorns and rainbows to elegant florals and textured finishes, each cake is one-of-a-kind; just like the person it’s made for. But what actually goes into bringing a cake design to life? Let us take you behind the scenes, from inspiration to icing. Step 1: The Spark of an Idea It all starts with you. Whether you have a fully-formed vision or just a vague Pinterest board, we’ll help shape your idea into something beautiful and bakeable. Some customers come to us with colour palettes and themes (think: soft pastels for baby showers, rich golds for milestone birthdays), while others say simply, “I want something special, do your thing!” And we love both. We’ll ask questions like: What’s the occasion? Who’s the cake for? Any favourite flavours? Any dislikes (no coconut, please!)? From there, the magic begins. Step 2: Sketching and Planning Once we understand your vibe, we begin sketching ideas and selecting textures and finishes, from ombré buttercream to piped rosettes or gold leaf accents. We’ll also decide on the size and structure — one tier or two? Tall and elegant or short and sweet? Every detail matters, including how the cake will travel (yes, we think of everything!). And don’t worry if you’re not sure what you want - we’ve created hundreds of designs and can offer inspiration if you’re feeling stuck. Step 3: Baking the Foundation No matter how pretty a cake looks, it has to taste amazing. Every custom cake is baked fresh using our signature eggless sponge: light, moist, and endlessly versatile. Flavours range from classic vanilla or chocolate to Oreo, Lotus Biscoff, raspberry ripple, and more. We bake, layer, and level each cake with precision, ready for decorating the next day once fully cooled. Step 4: Decorating With Love (And Buttercream) This is where the cake really comes to life. Whether we’re hand-piping buttercream flowers, painting edible gold, or placing fondant details, it’s all done by hand, with care and creativity. We often use textured buttercream techniques, think swirls, waves, ruffles, or floral palettes, to make your cake feel truly special. And yes, we can add custom toppers too! This step can take hours depending on the detail, but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Step 5: The Big Reveal We package each cake with great care, whether it’s being collected or delivered. And the best bit? Seeing your reaction. Whether it’s a gasp, a happy tear, or a message saying “They loved it,” your joy is why we do what we do. Because Every Occasion Deserves a Beautiful Cake Birthdays, engagements, baby showers, anniversaries, graduations - whatever the reason, we believe every celebration deserves something sweet, thoughtful, and made with love. Our custom cakes aren’t mass-produced. They’re personal, purposeful, and proudly eggless.

Sustainability in the Kitchen

Sustainability in the Kitchen

At The Eggless Baker, we believe that small changes can lead to big impact, not just in baking, but in the way we treat the planet. From the ingredients we choose to the packaging we use, sustainability has always been part of our journey. After all, creating indulgent treats shouldn’t come at the cost of the environment. Here's how we’re working to keep our bakes kind - to you and the earth. Thoughtful Ingredients We start with ingredients that are kinder by nature. Our recipes are 100% eggless, which already reduces our reliance on animal agriculture. But we go further by sourcing plant-based, cruelty-free, and where possible, locally produced ingredients to reduce our carbon footprint. We also choose high-quality chocolate and cocoa from suppliers who support ethical farming practices, because great flavour shouldn’t come at the expense of people or the planet. Planet-Friendly Packaging We’re constantly reviewing our packaging to make sure it's doing its job without damaging the environment. Our boxes are recyclable where possible and made from responsibly sourced materials. We use paper-based wrapping for our bakes to keep things fresh and fuss-free. Any filler we use to protect your treats in transit is biodegradable  because broken brownies are sad, but so is landfill. We’re also testing compostable stickers and tape wherever possible so watch this space! Small Batch, Low Waste All our bakes are made to order in small batches, meaning less waste and less overproduction. We don’t bake for shelves. We bake for you — so everything that leaves our kitchen has a purpose and a name on it. Leftovers? They’re rare. But when we do have a few extra bakes, we donate them locally or offer them as surprise extras in treat boxes. Conscious Delivery Choices We send our postal treats via Royal Mail Tracked 24®, which has a lower carbon impact than same-day couriers or private van services. It’s not perfect but it’s a better choice for now, and we’re always looking for ways to do better. We also encourage local customers to collect their orders where possible, which helps reduce emissions and gives us a chance to say hello! A Work in Progress We’re proud of the steps we’ve taken, but we’re not finished. Sustainability is a journey, not a destination and we’re always learning. Next on our list? Expanding our plant-based range Exploring reusable packaging schemes Partnering with more eco-conscious suppliers If you have suggestions, we’re all ears. Drop us a message, we love hearing from our community.
